This year, we found a kit for a Gingerbread Village (5 tiny Gingerbread houses), so the girls were able to make and decorate their own. They loved having their own little house! We were going to decorate ours when they did but we didn't (I can't remember why.) Anyway, it ended up becoming a bribe for cleaning the house or something. So we all decorated the big house together. So we had more houses then we knew what to do with (some of the little houses didn't make it long enough to get in the picture with the big house- LOL!) It was a lot of fun and is always one of our favorite traditions at Christmas. :)
