Easter- Part 2

Our cute little Easter bunnies!!  :)

 Our sweet baby, Calyssa!

 Aurora and her green eggs!

Karina and her purple eggs!

 Tierra and her pink eggs!

Sariah and her blue eggs!

 Riana and her yellow eggs!

We had a wonderful Easter Sunday!  We all woke up early that morning and each of the girls, in age order, came downstairs to find their color of eggs (a dozen each) and some of the extra hidden ones for everyone to find.  (Some of Riana and Sariah's eggs were so hard to find that they had to wait until after church to finish looking... and one was even found days later.)  Their special gift of the year was new Easter dresses.  After church, we had a special dinner (Riana set the table all fancy!)  And an Easter lesson by Riana.  (Bummed that I didn't get a picture of that!)

Our 6 beautiful daughters!!!
Check out the bunny ears Rori is giving Calyssa in the first picture- how appropriate!!  :)
And how cute that she thought of that all on her own!  (I didn't even notice them until much later.)
And the last picture-- silly girls-- even Calyssa is silly!!  :)

After we all changed out of our Sunday clothes, Grant helped the girls dye Easter eggs (and I got to clean up the mess.  I actually didn't mind because I was so happy that he did all the prep work and helped them.)  They had a lot of fun and made a pretty big mess... especially Rori!  She loved it!!  And her hair was pink/purple for days!!  LOL!  (Grant even dyed some more a couple of days later because he didn't think the Princess kit made bright enough eggs.  And he wants to do it again and see if he can make them even brighter.  I should've taken pictures of all of his experiments.  LOL!)  We had a really great Easter!  :)

It's a great idea to give them all their own color. So much fun at Easter. I noticed Aurora's hair was pink when we went to school. Now I know why.

I love the idea of each kid getting one color of eggs... that is such a great idea to keep it fair between them, especially for the younger ones!
