"I Love Technology...

but not as much as you, you see... But still, I love technology..." I really do! The other day Grant was talking to our friend Dan, who will be leaving for Iraq shortly, leaving his wife and 4 kids, including a 1 month old baby. (Have I mentioned how much respect I have for military families and all they do?? Thanks guys!) Anyway, point is, Dan suggested to Grant to get a webcam (or whatever you call it) and to get on "Skype," which is how he plans to keep in touch with his girls. So Grant went and bought one and we had the chance to talk to Dan and Celeste (and girls) and let our girls talk to their best buddies. They absolutely loved it!!! It was so fun to see them moving around in their new home. It was sweet to see their new baby. She's such a cutie! And they even gave us a tour of their new home. It was so special, it almost made me cry! (Yeah, I'm a dork!)
The next day, when my Mom called to talk to Riana, Sariah said, "Who wants to talk on that boring old phone, when we've got one of these" and she pointed to the webcam. LOL! It was hilarious. So we love our newly discovered piece of technology... "always and forever!" "Peace out!"

That is hilarious! I'm now in Iraq and seeing patient's, finally! I only left 2 weeks ago!!! Anyway, I'm catching up and Celeste told me about Sariah's hilarious comment. Awesome! Things are OK here, but I miss my girls. It's feast or famine as far as patient's go, and we're OK with famine, b/c it means people aren't dying or getting blown up... Dan
