On Saturday night, I took my Mom out to our favorite restaurant to celebrate Mother's Day-- Olive Garden. We got a stuffed mushroom appetizer that was amazing!! Actually everything was amazing!!
I also finished preparing my lesson for Sunday, with some helpers. Calyssa was helping me cut. It was so cute! Sariah helped me make a sign. She drew an amazing flower for me!!
Grant spoiled us all and made us a very special breakfast! It was very delicious!!
I absolutely love this picture of my girls all in a row, in age order, waiting to bring me gifts!! It makes me feel very blessed!

All my girls gave me sweet letters or treats... here are a couple of them...
Sariah wrote me a very sweet letter, "Dear Mommy, I love you so much. Thank you for all that you do for me. I'm so glad that you are my Mom. You help me with small stuff that I don't even notice half of the time, like dealing with a few things in my chores, to big things that are impossible to miss. I am so grateful for everything that you do for me! I love you so so much! Love, Sariah"
And a flower from Karina- "I love Mom because... You help me read... You help me... You drive me to school... You care for me... You cook for me... She does my hair."
These types of letters are seriously my most favorite gift to get from my kids!! LOVE! There were also chocolate kisses on the bottom... chocolate never hurts. LOL! :)
This is the cupcake that Janiel Deboer made for Relief Society, to go along with my lesson on "Forget Me Nots". I shared a story Janiel found about a lady who made cupcakes for her Stake the night this talk was given. She was a professional cupcake decorator and when she brought these cupcakes a lady complained about how she was expecting something much more fancy. Then the talk was given and when everyone came back to see the cupcakes, they were so perfect with just a simple little blue forget me not flower on them. Such a sweet story! These cupcakes were perfect! We found these cute little grow kits online for super cheap and that is kind of how I started the idea for this lesson, using my favorite talk of all time!
Grant made a yummy dinner!
We stopped by to see my Mom and Dad. Their flowers looked gorgeous!!
It was a very wonderful Mothers Day!!
