Also, I'm hoping to enjoy the final year of having all my kids in Primary. Once we begin YW in a year, we'll be in it for the long haul. :) I realized the other day that this coming summer will be the last summer that we won't have a daughter at Girls' Camp... and then for the next 18+ years we will have at least 1 girl there and sometimes as many as 4 girls! Crazy huh?? 18 years of Girls Camp, Young Women in Excellence, Personal Progress, etc. WOW!
So back to Riana's birthday, for breakfast, she chose eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, and orange juice. Her sisters were excited to deliver her breakfast-in-bed to her, while singing "Happy Birthday to Riana," a family tradition.
For lunch, Riana chose watermelon and chimichangas. (Luckily, Grant was able to find and buy the only watermelon in the store. Watermelon is not easy to find in February.) For a snack, she chose jelly bellys. At Winco, you can buy them by the flavor. (For example, you can buy a pound of just watermelon flavored ones. Well, Grant mixed the flavors and got a few too many, thinking it was only 2-3 pounds... It turned out to be 6 pounds of jelly bellys!! Which cost us about $35 dollars! Yikes!! Lesson learned! We bagged some up and sold them in the prize jar to the girls. Then we also used some for a family goal. I'll share that later.) For dinner, Riana chose apple juice, meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and asparagus! That girl loves asparagus! And for dessert, she chose rootbeer floats. And she chose to wear her pajamas all day long!! :)
Some other fun things she did for her birthday...
1) Celebrated Ana, her American Doll's, birthday. (She treats that doll like a daughter- so cute!) She made a cake out of the leftover twinkies from Valentines Day and put an old candle on it.
2) Brought treats to Activity Days and Soccer, to celebrate her birthday. She especially loved that since she is homeschooled.
She also had the chance to open a few presents from her wonderful aunties. She loved them both!! :) In the first picture, she is making a silly face! LOL! She cracks me up!

There is no way on earth that she didn't feel special that day! Such a sweet girl. That's a whole lotta girls camp in your future. Better find another way to make your millions :) and let us know when you figure out what that is so we can get in on it too!
Um, no way; is she really 11? You have got to be kidding me! Holy Smokes, you and Grant are too young to have a preteen already, yikes. Where on earth does the time go? Happy Birthday Sweet Riana =)
