Aurora's 1st Birthday Party
Aurora's birthday party was fun. Aurora didn't like the feeling of having chocolate on her fingers and kept trying to wipe it on everyone. It was hilarious!!! She was really happy when we finally gave her a spoon. Aurora received lots of awesome presents including an Aurora baby doll.

A few explanations of pictures-- 1st picture- Riana, Sariah, and Tierra decorated the cupcakes, 2nd to last picture- Sariah, Tierra, and Ethan built a home for their caterpillar friend, Last picture- Riana on the spinny toy with her 3 uncles, Dan, Tom, and Joe.
A Busy Week of Celebrations
We had a busy, busy week of holidays. First Mother's Day, where all 6 of us girls were treated to "Daddy's Mother's Day Restaurant," complete with many, many choices. Two days later, Aurora turned 1 years old and we fed her the traditional 1 year old birthday breakfast of our family-- waffles with strawberries and whipped cream. Three days later, we celebrated our 11th anniversary at home with sick kids, pizzas, movies, roses, and treats (and we had to cancel the reservations at the fancy restaurant and the babysitter-- bummer!! Maybe next year...)

Spring Soccer
Grant (played and coached), Angela, Riana, Sariah, and Tierra did spring soccer again this year. And it rained a lot again this year. Luckily, we bought an awning, actually more for the sun but it was great for the rain. Riana had her last season with one of her best friends, Bailey. (Bailey and her family also moved away in June. We were sad to see them go.) Sariah had one of her best friends on her team also, Autumn. Tierra had the chance to play with her cousin, Laurel. So even though it rained a ton, it was still a fun season.

I love that you are getting caught up. The pictures of Rori's birthday are great and I LOVE LOVE the picture of Tia and Nina in the raincoats that Mandy gave them. Rachel LOVES hers so much. Looks like your girls had fun hanging out with Anjuli's boys too. :)
Doesn't it feel good to get all caught up on past events?
Hey you need to explain your family tree to me. I'm in Lacey 5th ward and there are a ton of cheneys in there but I can't figure out how all of you are related?? How have you been? Love the family pictures. Your girls look super cute.
