...if you should keep the tags (with codes) for your "Littlest Pet Shop VIP" pets, you should. (You buy a stuffed animal, that includes a code on the collar, to gain access to a virtual pet.) I had been throwing them away, thinking we didn't need them anymore. However, the girls forgot their password and we thought they wouldn't be able to get online anymore. They were sad because they have 10 virtual pets with lots of clothing, furniture, and many more things including a little garden, that they have to water. Anyway, I called Hasbro and spoke with them. They said we needed a code from one of our pets. The girls searched and searched and finally found one. The lady at Hasbro was so sweet!! Anyway, she found our username and password and sure enough, it worked!! There was a lot of cheering going on, on my end of the phone (by 4 little girls!!) So just in case any of you ever lose your username or password for "Littlest Pet Shop," now you'll know what to do!! :)

You really lucked out. We had the same problem with Webkinz and it was "too bad, so sad" for us. Very annoying!
