Never so busy again

Well, we just arrived home from a wonderful, much needed, vacation, which included Disneyland. But before I share way too many pictures from that (we took about 1000!!! in 2 weeks), I would like to finish up where I left off in the month of October. October was beyond busy and I wish to never be that busy again!! We were only home during the day, which every minute was busy with teaching and learning-- school. As soon as we finished, we were off to whatever activity (in some cases, more then one) was scheduled for that evening. The girls had regular dance, a dance performance, extra dance practices, plus practicing every day at home. Riana, Sariah, and I had soccer and Grant was coaching Sariah's team. Grant had Opera practices and Opera performances. Sariah had Piano and I taught violin. We had doctors appointments and dentist appointments. I had basketball. I had the Primary Program and a Primary Activity and Sharing Time. Grant had Seminary to prepare for each day. Riana had Activity Day Girls. We had family and friends visiting and also drove to visit family for a baby blessing. And on top of it all, we managed to squeeze in some extras like fun at Skateland with WAVA (Riana and Sariah's school group), the Pumpkin Patch with cousins, a couple of Halloween Parties, and packing for our trip. Thank goodness we survived and thank goodness it is no longer October!! :) Some of these pictures, you have already seen, but here is a taste of the rest. ENJOY!!
1. The girls practiced so much that Karina learned all the dance steps to Tierra's dances. It was so cute!
2. My college roomie Jackie came to our house to visit, with her sweet little boy.

3. We borrowed our friend's son for the week, while they went to Las Vegas. He was one of Grant's YM and is currently in his seminary class. We loved having him. He is truly an amazing young man!! This picture is of our amazingly fun FHE at Cabela's. It is definitely who you know! One manager lives in our neighborhood and one is in our ward. The one is our ward took us back to feed the fish and gave us coins for the shooting gallery. Then we took the kids and had a little treat at the restaurant. It was great!
4. Grant coaching and Sariah with the ball.
5. Grant singing to another woman. LOL!! At Grant's opera, they performed scenes from three separate Operas. Grant had to sing in English, Czech, and French.

6. A picture with my two sisters, Liz and Celestia.

7 & 8. We went to Skateland with Riana and Sariah's school-- they paid our admission. It was nice! We had a blast!

9, 10, 11. Priest and Nun, Tierra as Aurora, and all of our Princesses and Pumpkin (Karina as Barbie Princess, Tierra as Sleeping Beauty, Sariah as Mariposa, Riana as Hannah Montana, and our little pumpkin Aurora)

12. A hayride at the Barn Bash--Brody, Alex, Brooklyn, a neighbor, Bailey, Riana, Sariah, Aimee, Tierra, Karina, and George

13-19) Pictures at the Pumpkin Patch with Auntie Liz and cousins Ethan, Rachel, and Kate-- the kids in the pumpkin patch, Riana and a kitty, Rachel and Karina fighting over the kitty, Sariah with the cow, Sariah and a kitty, my sister Elizabeth who was born on Sept. 16 with the cow named Elizabeth who was born on Sept. 16- crazy huh??, and my girls and I with the pumpkin the picked out (Grant was at Opera and I had my hands full so I told them that we could only get what they could carry. Sariah carried that pumpkin almost the whole way, all by herself!!)

Wow, you are crazy busy! I was just asking if anybody knew why you hadn't been to basketball the last few wednesdays.

Okay-I just have to say, that picture of you and Grant is absolutely hilarious! I love it! I wanted to go as Sarah Palin, but I couldn't find my high heels, so I settled for my scrubs instead (which worked out better since it was chilly). I love the costumes you do every year though, I get a kick out of them
