We had a wonderful time visiting Grant's family over in Spokane. Even though they were disappointed that they couldn't build snowmen or snow forts in the dry snow, the girls still had a ton of fun playing in the snow with their cousins. (There were some pretty amazing snow drifts and blowing snow storms while we were there.) They also discovered a few ways to entertain themselves inside-- including spinning Connor around on Grandma's cake plate thing and playing on the computer with Daddy. Grandma spoiled them rotten with some of her special candy bouquets, as an early Valentine's Day present. And they just loved playing the guitar with Grandpa. On the way home, it was about 3 degrees. Crazy huh?? As you can see, there was a ton of snow on top of Snoqualmie!!! (Even more amazing is that it snowed several more feet in the passes for the next couple of weeks.) It was a really enjoyable trip!!
