When we were newlyweds, I used to call the older ladies (you know those ladies with 6 kids and all the experience) in the ward, Sister So-and-so, instead of their first name because it seemed wierd, even disrespectful, to call them by their first names.
With that said, when I went to Enrichment (a program for the ladies of the ward to socialize and learn fun new skills) the other night, these two ladies in the ward who are newlyweds came up to me and said "Hi, Sister -----." And it was just the way she said it, that made me feel so old. Whoa! Reality check! I am that old lady with all the kids! Scary! To make matters worse, I turn 30 in less then 2 weeks! AHHH!!!!!!
