We had such a fun day at the Redwoods, with our own personal tour guide! Tim and Wendy knew exactly where to have fun with kids. First, we went to visit Paul Bunyan and Babe the Blue Ox. It was so neat. The Paul statue talked to the kids and answered their specific questions. They thought this was the coolest thing ever!! Next, we drove through a tree. That was pretty neat too. Then we drove through a couple of forests of Redwood Trees. They were so incredible! We also saw the most amazing plant with Rhododendrons growing in the wild and moss covering it. (Pictured above) It was pretty cool looking. Next, we went on a short hike and they were able to climb all over the trees. They were so amazing! Then they fed us the most amazing Taco Salad for dinner! Yum! It was such a perfect day.
